Hi! I’m Liz, the creator of The Vitality Folk.

I’m studying a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Naturopathy. When I’m not working full time I’m furiously studying, cooking nutritious meals, holistic health coaching, spending quality time with my partner, walking our Australian kelpie Merlot, at the gym, practicing yoga, reading, writing this blog, avoiding burnout…and that’s mostly in one day!

The opposite of depression is not happiness, but vitality.

This is why I created The Vitality Folk. We live in a time where ‘normal’ means a steady state of exhaustion. We wake up assaulted by our alarm clocks and drink caffeine for breakfast. Screens are the focal point of our day which we end in a desperate attempt at sleep to alleviate the chronic fatigue. I am passionate about helping people to reduce burnout, improve gut health, boost VITALITY and to improve their overall quality of life. I want people to not merely survive, but to THRIVE. I believe knowledge is power and armed with the latest research in sleep, hormones and nutrition, we can prevent and even reverse the damage of our fast paced, modern world.
